Dreams Land Realty is looking for a Google Ads Specialist to plan, manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns for real estate lead generation and online visibility.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Google Ads and be comfortable working with campaign performance, keywords, targeting and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage Google Ads campaigns
- Run Search, Display and YouTube Ads
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
- Create and optimize ad campaigns for lead generation
- Monitor campaign performance and budgets
- Optimize keywords, bids, ads and targeting
- Analyze leads, conversions and campaign performance
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign results
- Prepare basic performance reports
- Coordinate with the digital marketing and sales teams

Requirements

- Hands-on experience with Google Ads
- Good understanding of Google Ads campaign setup and optimization
- Knowledge of keyword research and search intent




- Understanding of conversion tracking and Google Analytics
- Experience with lead generation campaigns
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of real estate advertising is an advantage
