Role Overview :

We are looking for a strategic, research-oriented Head of Content & Growth to lead our content marketing function and drive organic growth through impactful content and SEO initiatives with robust expertise in writing high-quality, research-backed blogs and articles. The role will focus on SEO, market and competitor research, content strategy, and creating informative content that drives organic traffic, engagement, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute content marketing & SEO strategies.
- Plan and manage the content calendar.
- Create and Optimize blogs, landing pages, product pages, case studies, and marketing content.
- Experience in researching, writing, and publishing high-quality blogs and articles.
- Conduct keyword research, content audits, and competitor analysis.
- Improve organic traffic, keyword rankings, and lead generation.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, Development, and Marketing teams.
- Lead, mentor, and review the Content team.
- Track content performance using analytics and optimize campaigns.

- Proven experience in leading and mentoring content teams
- Strong analytical, communication, writing, and stakeholder-management skills
