About the Role

We are looking for a Client Onboarding Specialist who will be the first point of contact for recent and existing clients. The candidate will be responsible for explaining the RegisterKaro app , assisting clients with the onboarding process, resolving their queries, and ensuring a smooth and positive client experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Explain the RegisterKaro app, features, and services to clients.
- Guide clients through the complete onboarding process, including app setup and documentation.
- Handle client queries through calls, chat, and email professionally and promptly.
- Assist clients with issues related to the app, accounts, and services.
- Follow up with clients to ensure successful onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with relevant internal teams to resolve client concerns.
- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and service quality .
- Build positive relationships with clients and provide timely support.

Requirements





- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Good verbal and written communication.
- Friendly, patient, and solution-oriented approach .
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel .
- Good interpersonal and client-handling skills.
- Prior experience in customer support, client handling, onboarding, or telecalling is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment .
