Role Description The Customer Support Specialist is a full-time, remote role based in Faridabad, working exclusively from 03:30 AM to 11:30 AM IST . This position is responsible for responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information about policies, coverage options, and claim processes. The specialist will resolve issues, escalate complex cases to appropriate teams, and ensure timely follow-up to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include documenting interactions in the CRM system, troubleshooting basic technical or account access problems, and collaborating with underwriters and operations staff to support smooth service delivery. The role also involves identifying common customer concerns and sharing feedback to improve processes, communication, and overall customer experience.

- Strong Customer Support skills,



with a focus on handling phone calls and delivering responsive and reliable assistance.
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills and the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse customers.
- Experience in driving Customer Satisfaction through proactive problem-solving and clear communication.
- Ability to provide basic Technical Support related to accounts, portals, and policy information.
- Sound Analytical Skills to interpret customer issues, identify trends, and suggest improvements.
- Effective verbal and written communication in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
- Comfort working with CRM systems and standard office software tools.
- Prior experience in insurance, financial services, or customer-facing roles is preferred.
- Ability to work in office in Faridabad(if needed), manage time efficiently, and handle multiple inquiries simultaneously.
