Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end sales of industrial plots and industrial land .
Generate business through direct sales, referrals, and channel partners .
Identify and develop relationships with investors, businesses, and HNI clients .
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure .
Conduct regular site visits, client meetings, presentations, and negotiations .
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable industrial plot options.
Build and maintain a robust client and channel partner network .
Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain an active sales pipeline.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets .
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming industrial developments.
Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, booking, and closure processes.
Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in Industrial Plot / Commercial Real Estate Sales
Strong knowledge of the Sohna / Delhi-NCR real estate market
Proven sales track record with strong target achievement
Excellent communication, negotiation, and team-management skills
