About the job

We are hiring a Sales Manager with strong experience in B2B SaaS sales .

Key Responsibilities

- Own the complete enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting to closure.
- Drive new business growth in the eCommerce, retail and logistics-tech space.
- Engage with C-suite and senior stakeholders.
- Manage consultative sales conversations, negotiations and high-value deals.
- Build and maintain a strong enterprise sales pipeline.
- Prepare ROI-driven proposals and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product and Customer Success teams.

Requirements

- Minimum 4 years of enterprise sales experience in B2B SaaS Mandatory.
- Proven experience in a quota-carrying, full-cycle closing role.
- Experience handling deal sizes of USD 20,00030,000.
- Strong consultative selling and C-suite engagement skills.
- Experience managing sales cycles of 4590 days.
- Excellent communication,



negotiation and pipeline management skills.
- Exposure to eCommerce, logistics, supply chain or retail-tech is preferred.
- Willingness to travel as required.
