Position: Site Supervisor

Location: Calicut, Kerala

CTC: Up to 3.6 LPA

Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant construction site experience

Position Summary
We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join our team and manage day-to-day construction site operations.

Key Responsibilities
* Assign and direct workers and subcontractors in their daily tasks.
* Inspect work to ensure quality, code compliance, and adherence to approved drawings and specifications.
* Coordinate material deliveries, equipment requirements, and overall site logistics.
* Communicate project progress, site issues, and resource requirements to the Project Manager/Superintendent.
* Resolve in office conflicts and ensure smooth coordination and workflow between different trades.




* Ensure proper site security, cleanliness, and housekeeping.
* Monitor and maintain compliance with applicable safety and environmental regulations.
* Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to the project schedule..

Candidate Requirements
* Good knowledge of construction practices, site supervision, drawings, and specifications.
* Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage workers, subcontractors, materials, and day-to-day site activities.
* Willingness to work at construction sites in Calicut.
