Customer Service Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to handle customer queries, provide timely support, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through international calls, emails, chat, or other communication channels .
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with international customers professionally.
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and complaints.
- Coordinate with internal teams when required to resolve customer issues.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and patiently.
- Provide information about products, services, orders, and processes.
- Maintain good customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

- Good verbal and written communication skills.




- Comfortable handling international calls and communicating with customers from different countries .
- Positive English communication and pronunciation.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused and positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Freshers can apply; prior international customer service experience is an advantage.
