Were growing our customer relationship team and looking for confident, people-friendly professionals who enjoy speaking with customers and helping them with their queries.
We are hiring Customer Relationship Managers fluent in Tamil, Telugu or Kannada.
Location: Vaishnodevi, Ahmedabad
Multiple Positions
Immediate Joiners Preferred
What youll do:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information
Respond to customer queries and assist with resolutions
Follow up with customers and ensure timely responses
Maintain proper call records and update the CRM
Coordinate with internal teams when required
Build a positive and professional relationship with customers
Ensure a smooth customer experience throughout the interaction
What were looking for:
Fluent spoken Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu or Kannada Mandatory
Good communication and listening skills
Confident and comfortable speaking with customers
Patient, polite and customer-focused approach
Basic computer and CRM knowledge
Good follow-up and interpersonal skills
Willingness to learn and take responsibility
Freshers can apply if they have strong communication skills and confidence in handling customer conversations.
Candidates with experience in Customer Support, CRM, Telecalling, BPO, Banking, Travel, Hospitality or Sales Support will be an added advantage.
