Company Profile: Our Client is a merchant exporter and international trading company engaged in chemicals and allied products. The company deals in industrial, food/feed and specialty chemicals, including Sodium Bicarbonate, Soda Ash, Sodium Acetate Trihydrate, MCC and allied products

Position: Executive – Export Documentation

Location: Ahmedabad

Key Requirements:

- Prepare and manage complete pre-shipment and post-shipment export documentation.
- Prepare and verify Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Instructions (SI), VGM, Shipping Bill, BL, COO and other shipment documents.
- Coordinate with CHA for Shipping Bill filing and verify shipment details.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders/shipping lines for BL drafts, amendments, and final BL issuance.
- Coordinate Certificate of Origin and other required certificates/declarations.
- Maintain shipment-wise documentation, trackers, checklists, and records.
- Coordinate with SCM & Logistics, Sales/Commercial, Accounts, suppliers, CHA, and freight forwarders.




- Follow up on post-shipment documents, amendments, and documentation closures.
- Support ICEGATE/DGFT/export compliance and AD Code/port-related documentation.

Desired Candidate:

- 2–5 years of relevant experience in Export Documentation .
- Strong knowledge of Invoice, Packing List, SI, VGM, Shipping Bill, BL, and COO documentation.
- Experience in merchant/chemical exports will be preferred.
- Good understanding of CHA, freight forwarder, and shipping line documentation processes.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel / MS Office .
- Robust attention to detail, accuracy, communication, follow-up, and coordination skills.
- Graduate in Commerce, International Business, Logistics, or a related field.
- Should be capable of independently preparing and checking export documents.
