TC Mantech Solutions is hiring an HR Recruiter to support recruitment operations and help build an efficient candidate pipeline for its growing workforce. This opportunity is open to freshers as well as experienced professionals who are interested in talent acquisition and people-focused work.

Responsibilities

- Source candidates through suitable recruitment channels and maintain an active talent pipeline.
- Review applications, conduct initial screening, and assess candidates against role requirements.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and provide timely status updates.
- Follow up with selected candidates through offer acceptance, documentation, and joining.




- Support day-to-day recruitment tracking and ensure a smooth candidate experience.

Requirements

- Any graduate qualification is acceptable.
- Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Interest in recruitment, candidate sourcing, and interview coordination.
- Good organizational skills, follow-up discipline, and the ability to manage multiple candidates.
- Willingness to work full time for six days a week from the Bangalore location.

The role offers a monthly salary range of ₹20,000 to ₹30,000 and is suited to candidates who are proactive, organized, and eager to contribute to hiring outcomes.
