Customer Experience & Supportnn Onboard new customers into programs and communitiesnnnn Provide access to Learning Management Systems (Tagmango LMS currently but could change in future)nnnn Handle customer queries via email and support channelsnnnn Manage testimonials and feedback collectionnnnn Support webinar and event participants (Zoom, WhatsApp groups)nnn2. Learning Management System (LMS) Management nn Upload and manage courses on platforms like TagMango / LMS toolsnnnn Upload videos (YouTube/Vimeo downloads) into LMSnnnn Create course thumbnails and structure modulesnnnn Ensure smooth user access and experiencennn3. Email Marketing & Automation nn Manage email systems like ConvertKitnnnn Create and send newslettersnnnn Segment audiences and update listsnnnn Execute automated email sequencesnnnn Handle both customer and non-customer communicationnnn4. Content & Design Execution nn Create social media creatives using Canvan n Design:n n Thumbnailsn n Newsletter coversn n Social media postsn n Brochures & bookletsn n Rebrand existing assets (slides, PDFs, workbooks, books, JPEGs) nnn5. Webinar & Event Operations nn Manage Zoom sessions (especially Saturday sessions)n n Send WhatsApp invites and remindersn n Coordinate participants and accessn n Support live sessions executionnnn8. Marketing & Growth Execution nn Post ads across platformsn n Assist in SEO reportingn n Prepare competitor research documentsn n Compile content from websites and industry leadersn n Support funnel execution (webinars, landing pages, campaigns)nnn9. Administrative & Operational Excellence nn Maintain strict confidentiality of all business datan n Manage files, drives, and internal systems securelyn n Create QR codes, upload media assets, manage digital workflowsn n Assist founder with day-to-day execution tasksnnn10. You Tube nCreation of thumbnails , optimisation of videos with seo , competitive research and release of videos n11, Whatsapp Creative design and Automation nDesign creative of jpegs and messages . Knowing how to use AI senzy or any other tool is an advantage ( willingness to learn ) nnIdeal Candidate ProfileIdeally nn Prior experience working with a Coach / Trainer / Consultant ideally but if you have customer and marketing exposure then working with another founder and marketing basics is also okn n Strong understanding of Customer interaction and Digital marketing basicsn Someone who wants to work full time and is fully committed to this rolen n Experience with:n n LMS platforms ( tag mango preferred or any other )n Email marketing tools ( convert kit preferred )n n Social media ( all channels , linkedin, Insta, FB , X ( twitter ) n Youtube Thumbnails , seo n Basic ( audio and Video editing )n Podcasting support ( design of channel , upload , optimising )n n Fluent in English and conversational ability in Hindi preferably or a south indian language n High level of trustworthiness and discretionn Not looking for those who think they can free lance on the side during the 8 hours of work as it is fast pacednnnAI & Tech Readiness nn Comfortable using AI tools ( chat gpt , Claude , gamma,canva ) for:n n Copywriting and emailsn n Content creation/presentationn n Researchn n Productivityn n Ability to learn and adopt new tools and skills quicklynnnPersonal Attributes nn Mature, responsible,
