Key Responsibilities

- Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.
- Take and serve food & beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure cleanliness of tables, dining area, and service stations.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth operations.
- Maintain hygiene, grooming, and presentation standards at all times.
- Assist guests with menu recommendations and service requests.
- Handle guest feedback politely and professionally.
- Follow company SOPs, food safety, and sanitation guidelines.




- Support the team during peak operational hours.
