Job Description
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 2-4 years of experience in designing high-performing creatives for social media and paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of visual storytelling, branding, and performance-driven design.

nKey Responsibilities:

- n
- Design engaging creatives for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)n
- Create high-converting ad creatives for paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Display, etc.)n
- Develop banners, carousels, videos, and other digital assetsn
- Collaborate with marketing and performance teams to align creatives with campaign goalsn
- Maintain brand consistency across all designsn
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlinesn
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and social media formatsn




- Optimize creatives based on performance insights (CTR, engagement, conversions)n

nRequired Skills & Qualifications:

- n
- 2-4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in digital marketing or advertisingn
- Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Canva n
- Strong understanding of social media formats, ad creatives, and platform guidelines n
- Experience in creating static and motion graphics n
- Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout designn
- Basic understanding of marketing funnels and performance marketing creatives n
- Ability to take feedback and iterate quicklyn
