Requirements

* Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred

* Proficiency in AutoCAD

* Experience in preparing architectural and interior drawings

* Valuable understanding of residential floor plans

* Experience preparing site drawings and working drawings

* Knowledge of electrical drawings and layouts

* Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings

* Understanding of basic dimensions, measurements and construction details

* Ability to coordinate drawings based on site requirements

* Attention to detail and accuracy

* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare and modify floor plans, elevations and sections

* Prepare interior working drawings and furniture layouts

* Prepare electrical and other service layouts

* Develop drawings based on site measurements and requirements

* Make revisions based on project/site changes

* Coordinate with the interior design and site team

Experience: Minimum 1 year preferred

Location: Piravom, Kerala

Software: AutoCAD (Essential)

Diploma / ITI / Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field (preferred).

Experience matters more than qualification .
