URGENT HIRING - Rapido Kiosk Attendant

*Location:* Warangal Railway Station

*Position:* Kiosk Attendant - Rapido

*Salary:*

- *Fixed Salary:* Up to ₹19k CTC take home 15k

- *Performance Incentive:* ₹5,000 per month

- *Benefits:* PF + ESI

*Job Role & Responsibilities:*

- *Passenger Assistance:* Attend to customers for Rapido Cab/Taxi bookings at the kiosk

- *App Onboarding:* Help new users download the Rapido app and complete registration

- *Driver Outreach:* Distribute pamphlets and guide interested candidates for Rapido driver onboarding

- *Customer Support:* Resolve passenger queries related to booking, fares, and ride status

- *Brand Promotion:* Promote Rapido services at the railway station kiosk

*Eligibility Criteria:*

- Minimum 12th Pass





- Positive communication skills in Hindi Telugu and English preferred

- Customer handling and convincing skills

- Presentable, well-groomed, and confident personality

- Comfortable working at a public place/kiosk and handling passenger rush

- Prior experience in customer service / field sales is an added advantage
