Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Showroom Manager to lead operations of a large, world-class furniture and home furnishings showroom in Congo.

The role involves driving sales, customer experience, visual merchandising, and team performance , while ensuring the showroom reflects premium international standards in presentation and service.

Key Responsibilities

1. Showroom Operations & Sales

- Oversee daily showroom operations and ensure achievement of sales targets.
- Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies and customer engagement .
- Ensure high standards of customer service and buying experience .

2. Visual Merchandising & Interior Presentation

- Manage showroom layout, product display, and interior arrangements .
- Ensure aesthetic presentation aligned with global luxury retail standards .
- Regularly update displays to enhance customer engagement and product visibility.

3. Customer Relationship Management

- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients, architects, and interior designers .
- Handle customer queries, negotiations, and closures professionally.
- Ensure repeat business through excellent service and follow-up.

4. Team Leadership & Training

- Lead, train,



and motivate the showroom sales team.
- Conduct regular training on product knowledge, selling skills, and customer handling .
- Monitor team performance and drive a high-performance culture.

5. Marketing & Business Development

- Support local marketing initiatives to increase footfall and brand visibility.
- Coordinate with management on promotions, campaigns, and events.
- Identify opportunities for business expansion and market penetration .

Candidate Profile

- Minimum 10+ years of experience in furniture showroom / retail management.
- Strong exposure to luxury furniture, home décor, or lifestyle retail segments .
- Proven track record in sales management and showroom operations .
- Excellent understanding of interior layouts and visual merchandising .
