Role Description This full time, on-site Luxury Real Estate Manager role is based in Hyderabad. The person in this position will oversee premium residential and commercial properties, manage client relationships, and ensure a high standard of service throughout the leasing and transaction lifecycle. Daily responsibilities include supervising property operations, coordinating viewings, negotiating and finalizing lease agreements, and maintaining accurate documentation. The role also involves monitoring market trends, optimizing occupancy and revenue, collaborating with sales and marketing teams on luxury listings,



and ensuring that all properties reflect Sharpline’s quality and brand standards.
Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Property Management skills, including oversight of luxury assets and day-to-day operations.
- Candidates should possess Lease Administration and Leases expertise, with experience in drafting, reviewing, and managing high-value agreements.
- Candidates should possess broad Real Estate knowledge, including market analysis, client advisory, and transaction coordination.
- Candidates should possess Commercial Real Estate experience, especially in managing upscale commercial spaces and investment properties.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include excellent communication and negotiation skills, client service orientation, and high attention to detail.
- Experience working with high-net-worth clients, familiarity with Hyderabad luxury property markets, and a track record in premium real estate management are preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field is advantageous.
