Roles & Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and courteous manner

• Assist customers with product information, order status, and general inquiries





• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

• Provide feedback to management on recurring customer issues and suggest improvements

Skill set Required

• Excellent communication skills

• Solid phone contact handling skills, including active listening skills and ability to empathize

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

• Ability to build rapport and trust with customers

• Previous customer support experience is an added advantage
