Hiring: Lead Data Scientist | 10–12 Years We are looking for an experienced Lead Data Scientist who can set technical direction, own end-to-end ML solutions, and lead a team of Data Scientists/Engineers. Experience: 10–12 Years Role: Lead Data Scientist What You’ll Do • Own the complete model lifecycle — problem framing, feature engineering, model selection, training, validation, deployment, monitoring & retraining • Make and defend architecture-level decisions across classical ML and deep learning • Design and execute A/B testing, causal inference and uplift modeling experiments • Build production-grade feature pipelines and training infrastructure at scale • Monitor model performance, data drift and degradation; drive retraining, redesign and rollback decisions • Set technical standards for modeling, experimentation, code reviews and MLOps • Mentor 2–4 Data Scientists/Engineers • Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients and communicate complex model trade-offs clearly to non-technical stakeholders Must-Have Skills ✅ 10–12 years of Data Science experience with proven production model ownership ✅ Strong expertise in Classical ML — Regression, Classification, XGBoost, LightGBM ✅ Strong Deep Learning expertise in at least one area: NLP, Forecasting,
