If you have a proven track record in interior sales, client acquisition, negotiation, and high-value project closures , this could be your next career move. What You’ll Be Responsible For You’ll own the complete sales cycle : Lead → Meeting → Site Visit → Proposal → Negotiation → Closure Generate and convert qualified interior project leads Meet premium residential & commercial clients Conduct site visits and understand project requirements Coordinate with design teams for proposals and quotations Lead negotiations and close high-value projects Build and manage a strong sales pipeline Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Develop relationships with architects, builders, channel partners & clients Ensure smooth handover from sales to design/project teams Identify new opportunities and drive revenue growth What We’re Looking For We’re looking for a sales professional with a strong closing mindset . You should have:



✅ 3 years of sales experience ✅ Experience in Interior / Home Interior / Commercial Interior Sales ✅ Strong communication & presentation skills ✅ Excellent negotiation and closing abilities ✅ Proven sales target achievement ✅ Strong follow-up & relationship-building skills ✅ A proactive, energetic & commercially driven approach ✅ Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits Preferred Industry Experience: Interior Design | Home Interiors | Commercial Interiors | Modular Kitchens | Wardrobes | Architecture | Real Estate | Furniture | Construction | Building Materials What We Offer ₹6 – ₹8 LPA Performance Incentives Your performance matters.
