Workshop Manager – Automobile Industry

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage daily workshop operations and vehicle workflow.
- Lead and monitor technicians, Service Advisors, and workshop staff.
- Ensure timely vehicle repair, delivery, and quality standards.
- Monitor workshop productivity, labour revenue, TAT, and profitability.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure effective resolution.
- Coordinate with Parts, Bodyshop, Insurance, and Service teams.
- Monitor pending jobs and ensure timely closure.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety, and quality standards.
- Prepare and review daily/monthly workshop performance reports.

Requirements:

- Diploma/Degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering.
- 5–10 years of relevant automobile workshop experience.
- Strong leadership, technical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
