About the Role:

A prestigious client of Innoquest Consulting, a BPO organization, is seeking a Workday Technical Consultant for their Gurgaon office.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design, development, implementation, and support of Workday integrations and HRIS solutions.
- Provide technical leadership for Workday Integrations, Studio, Extend (Build), Orchestrations, and Agents.
- Oversee and mentor HRIS, Workday, and integration team members, providing technical direction and performance guidance.
- Manage technical delivery across multiple Workday projects, enhancements, integrations, and production support activities.
- Develop and maintain integrations using Workday APIs, web services, and other integration technologies.
- Design and implement automation solutions to improve HR processes, data quality, and operational efficiency.
- Develop scalable data models and integration architectures based on business and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, security, payroll, benefits, finance, and other cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Support global Workday operations across multiple regions, business units, and regulatory environments.
- Establish and maintain technical standards, development practices, documentation,



testing processes, and deployment procedures.
- Troubleshoot complex Workday integration and data issues and provide root-cause analysis and resolution.
- Ensure solutions meet organizational requirements for security, data integrity, scalability, and performance.
- Evaluate new Workday capabilities and recommend opportunities for automation, optimization, and modernization.
- Partner with stakeholders and vendors as required to deliver Workday-related initiatives.

Experience:

- 6 - 10 years of progressive Workday experience, with increasing levels of technical ownership and responsibility.
- At least 2 years of leadership or managerial experience overseeing HRIS, Workday, or integration teams.
- Strong experience with automation, data modeling, APIs, and web services.
- Experience designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting complex integrations.
- Experience working in a global environment supporting geographically distributed and cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Solid troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
