We are hiring Workday Functional Consultants (Recruitment & Onboarding) at both junior and senior levels. The role involves configuring and supporting Recruitment and Onboarding modules, collaborating with HR stakeholders, and ensuring smooth business process execution.

Responsibilities

- Implement & support Recruitment and Onboarding modules (Job Requisitions, Applications, Offers, Employment Agreements).
- Configure Core HCM functions: Position Management, Job Changes, Terminations.
- Develop & maintain EIBs, custom objects, and reports.
- Work with stakeholders for requirement gathering, documentation,



and UAT.
- Mentor junior team members (for Senior role).
