Roles and Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain Workday Learning Management System (LMS) to support employee training programs.

- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging learning content that meets business objectives.

- Analyze data from LMS reports to identify trends and areas for improvement in employee development initiatives.

- Provide technical guidance on how to use the LMS platform to employees across various departments.

Job Requirements :

- 6-9 years of experience in a similar role or related field such as HRIS administration or instructional design.

- Solid understanding of Workday Learning Management System (LMS) functionality and its applications.

- Proven ability to analyze data from various sources using tools like Excel or other reporting software.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to train others on complex technical topics.
