Workday Integrations Developer

TCS is seeking Workday Integrations Developer with experience in successful end-to-end small to large implementations or support of Workday integrations. This individual has qualities to be part of a team of Integration developers and collaborate with the team and the Lead. This person should be able to own one or more integrations to design develop and deliver.

Mandatory Skillsets/qualification/requirements :

- At least 8 - 10 integrations design and development using each of Workday integration types EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, Document Transforms, and Workday Studio
- Production Support for integrations Jobs scheduling, monitoring, and break fixes
- Experience in development of complex Workday reports Advanced, Matrix/ Composite
- 3 - 4 BIRT layouts design and build
- General knowledge and design of at least 2 - 3 Workday functional areas
- Good understanding of Workday security
- Use of at least 3 third party integration framework is preferred
- Good written & oral communication skills & strong team player

Positive to Have Skillsets :

- Implementation/Support experience of systems like in Oracle, SAP,



PeopleSoft but not limited to these will be an added advantage
- Experience in creation and support of Payroll, Recruitment and Talent Management web-services is added advantage

Responsibilities :

- Work independently or with Customer teams/ Integration Leads/Tech Lead and/or Project Manager to participate in integrations delivery
- Maintain and Support workday integrations and related tickets
- Gather requirements and prototype the integrations
- Maintain continuously and support current integrations by resolving defects (if any), enhance and apply required updates, as necessary
- Perform design, development, testing and deployment of integrations
- Partner with the team on Integrations solution design, development, delivery and documentation
- Facilitate transfer of knowledge to associates on the developed integrations, if and when Client desires
- Track issues and risks, communicate status and escalate concerns
- Ability to work with the team that can be geographically dispersed, in planning support and be available to support or guide as and when necessary
