Experience Level Candidates should demonstrate hands-on experience with Workday HCM configuration and technical development, with proven ability to deliver integration and reporting solutions

Workday Functional Resource Core Domain Expertise

- HCM, Recruiting, Time and Absence, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, and Talent
- Configuration and business process knowledge across these functional areas
- Security domain knowledge, including configuration of security groups and access controls

Document Management

- Create and maintain documents within Onboarding, Offboarding, and Offer business processes
- Configure custom text blocks to support agile document content
- Manage and troubleshoot Workday Drive document integration

Technical Configuration Skills

- Calculated Fields – Build and configure complex calculations
- Condition Rules – Create business logic and conditional workflows
- Questionnaires – Design and configure questionnaires for use across various business processes
- Custom Objects – Create and maintain custom data structures
- Business Process Configuration – Design, build, and enhance workflows across HCM and related modules

Reporting & Analytics

- Build custom reports from scratch to meet business requirements
- Enhance and maintain existing reports as business needs evolve




- Strong understanding of functional areas and underlying data relationships to support accurate, effective reporting

Experience Level Candidates should have hands-on, proven experience configuring and supporting Workday across multiple functional domains (HCM, Recruiting, Time and Absence, Compensation/Advanced Compensation, and Talent), with demonstrated ability to independently design business processes, build calculated fields and custom objects, and deliver reporting solutions. Experience working in a contractor/consulting capacity supporting enterprise Workday tenants is preferred.
