Senior Workato Integration Engineer

Role Overview The Senior Workato Integration Engineer who is responsible for designing developing and implementing scalable enterprise integrations independently This role requires strong expertise in Workato APIs eventdriven integrations troubleshooting and technical leadership while mentoring junior engineers and ensuring delivery excellence

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable and reusable Workato integration solutions

Develop complex APIs eventdriven workflows and realtime integrations

Build integrations across enterprise platforms including Salesforce Workday ServiceNow Snowflake and ERP systems

Develop reusable connectors frameworks and best practices

Lead troubleshooting root cause analysis and production issue resolution

Implement monitoring logging ing and governance standards

Drive performance optimization and integration reliability improvements

Collaborate with architects business stakeholders and delivery teams

Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews

Support CICD deployment activities and release management

Required Skills Experience

59 years of enterprise integration experience

Strong handson expertise in Workato and enterprise integration platforms

Strong understanding of APIs webhooks OAuth RESTSOAP services

Experience with SQL databases SFTP and cloud platforms

Robust debugging troubleshooting and analytical skills

Experience working in Agile delivery environments

Preferred Qualifications

Workato Pro I II certification

Exposure to Boomi MuleSoft TIBCO or IBM Sterling

Experience with DevOps tools Jira and Azure DevOps ADO





Knowledge of integration governance and security best practices
