Designation -Wiring Harness Design

Joining time – Immediate to 30 days

Job Location: Jaipur

Primary Responsibilities:

- Design and develop automotive wiring harnesses using CATIA V5.
- Perform harness routing, packaging, and vehicle layout activities.
- Create and modify 3D models, 2D drawings, assemblies, and installation layouts.
- Ensure harness routing meets packaging, manufacturability, serviceability, and safety requirements.
- Support integration of electrical components at the vehicle level.
- Coordinate with Electrical, Mechanical, Packaging, Manufacturing, and Supplier teams.
- Prepare and maintain BOMs, engineering drawings, and design documentation.
- Support design validation, issue resolution, design changes, and engineering change management.
- Ensure compliance with OEM standards and automotive design guidelines.

Mandatory Skills:

- Strong hands-on experience in CATIA V5.
- Hands-on experience in Wiring Harness Design and Routing.
- Experience in Vehicle Layout / Vehicle Packaging.
- Knowledge of automotive electrical systems and harness installation.
- Experience in 2D drawings and 3D modeling.




- Good understanding of BOMs, engineering drawings, and design documentation.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with CATIA Electrical Harness Design / Installation workbench.
- Exposure to Teamcenter, Windchill, or other PLM tools.
- Knowledge of GD&T; and DFMEA.
- Exposure to EV or ICE vehicle development projects.
- Understanding of automotive development lifecycle and OEM processes.
