? Role: Social Media Account Executive – Fresher

? What Will You Do?

You’ll work closely with our Senior Social Media Manager and clients to manage social media accounts and turn ideas into engaging content.

Your responsibilities will include

✅ Understand the client's brand, audience & goals

✅ Communicate with clients along with senior team members

✅ Generate creative ideas for Reels, Stories & social media posts

✅ Create Reel/video concepts and scripts

✅ Suggest video shoot ideas, locations, angles & formats

✅ Guide the video editing team about how the final Reel should look

✅ Give creative direction to editors and content teams

✅ Prepare content ideas and monthly content plans

✅ Follow Instagram trends, viral formats, audio & content styles

✅ Review edited videos and suggest improvements

✅ Coordinate between Client → Social Media Team → Editor → Senior Manager

✅ Understand client feedback and convert it into clear tasks for the team

✅ Help clients grow their social media presence

? Who Are We Looking For?

You should

? Spend time understanding Instagram & Reels





? Know what's trending on social media

? Have a creative mind

? Be comfortable talking to clients

? Have good communication skills

? Be able to write straightforward Reel scripts

? Have strong content ideas

? Understand what makes people stop scrolling

? Be willing to learn and take responsibility

? Be comfortable working with editors and creative teams

Bonus: If you already create Reels, run an Instagram page, make content, or have a strong understanding of Instagram trends — that's a BIG plus. ⭐
