✅ Strong knowledge of banquet operations and event management

✅ Excellent team-handling and leadership skills

✅ Strong guest-service and communication abilities

✅ Ability to manage events smoothly while maintaining service standards

? Key Responsibilities The selected candidate will be responsible for managing banquet operations and ensuring smooth execution of events from planning through completion.

Responsibilities May Include ? Managing day-to-day banquet operations

? Planning and coordinating conferences, weddings,



social events and corporate functions

? Supervising and motivating the banquet team

? Ensuring high standards of guest service

? Coordinating with F&B;, kitchen, housekeeping and other departments

? Managing event setup, service and breakdown

? Ensuring proper staffing and deployment during events

? Handling guest requirements and resolving operational concerns

? Maintaining service quality and operational standards

? Ensuring banquet areas are properly prepared before every event

? Monitoring team performance and maintaining discipline

? Supporting smooth and timely event execution
