Position: Wellness Operations Executive
Location: Goldman Sachs, Bangalore
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST
Reporting To: Goldman Sachs Wellness Team
Role Summary The Wellness Operations Executive will be responsible for supporting and coordinating the day-to-day operations of the wellness function at the Goldman Sachs Bangalore location. The role will involve managing wellness vendors and services, monitoring budgets and invoices, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, supporting wellness initiatives, and ensuring smooth and effective delivery of wellness services.
Key Responsibilities
Wellness Operations & Vendor Management
- Coordinate and manage wellness vendors and services, including the on-site medical center, child care, fitness center, EAP, app-based wellness services, and other wellness programs.
- Monitor vendor deliverables, service quality, utilization, and adherence to agreed requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors for day-to-day operational requirements and resolve service-related issues.
Budget Management
- Support the management and tracking of the wellness function budget.
- Monitor expenses and ensure effective utilization of allocated budgets.
- Identify cost-effective solutions while maintaining the required quality of wellness services.
Health Promotion & Wellness Programs
- Support the planning and execution of employee wellness initiatives, awareness campaigns, workshops, and interactive sessions.
- Coordinate programs covering areas such as nutrition, physical activity, stress management, mental health,
and overall employee wellbeing.
- Support effective communication and employee participation in wellness programs.
Data Management & Reporting
- Collect and maintain data related to wellness program participation, service utilization, and other relevant metrics.
- Prepare periodic reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators and program effectiveness.
- Analyse data and provide relevant insights to support improvements in wellness services.
Compliance & Policy Support
- Coordinate with wellness center leads and relevant stakeholders to ensure adherence to applicable policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Support implementation and monitoring of wellness-related workplace initiatives and standards, including health, safety, ergonomics, and mental wellbeing initiatives.
Risk Management & Business Continuity
- Identify operational risks related to wellness services and support implementation of appropriate mitigation measures.
- Support the Business Continuity Plan (BCP) at the center level and ensure continuity of critical wellness operations and services during contingency situations.
- Ensure that employee safety, privacy, confidentiality,
and other relevant requirements are appropriately maintained.
Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with senior management, HR, department heads, wellness champions, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of wellness services.
- Maintain effective communication and coordination with stakeholders to address operational requirements and service-related concerns.
Continuous Improvement
- Regularly review wellness operations and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Stay updated on emerging trends, practices, and innovations in corporate wellness.
- Support the implementation of initiatives that improve the effectiveness, employee experience, and overall delivery of wellness services.
Other Responsibilities
- Perform other wellness-related operational and administrative responsibilities as assigned by the Wellness Team.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned activities and maintain appropriate documentation and records.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare/Hospital Administration, HR, Public Health, or a related discipline.
- 2 - 5 years of relevant experience in wellness operations, healthcare operations, corporate wellness, employee engagement, HR operations, facility management, or vendor management.
- Solid communication, coordination, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience in managing corporate wellness or employee wellbeing programs will be an added advantage.
