The Role

We are looking for a Naval Architect – Vessel Performance Analyst to support performance monitoring and optimization of vessel operations. This role focuses on data-driven insights, system development, and improving operational efficiency to support digitalization and sustainability goals.

What we are looking for:

- Bachelor's degree in Naval Architecture (mandatory)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Strong understanding of vessel design and hydrodynamics
- Proficiency in Excel and Power BI
- Knowledge of SQL and data handling
- Familiarity with Python or R (preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

- Support vessel performance monitoring and optimization projects
- Provide data-driven insights for performance improvement
- Develop and maintain performance monitoring systems




- Build dashboards for real-time tracking using Power BI and Excel
- Monitor fleet performance for operational and financial efficiency
- Support digitalization and sustainability initiatives
- Analyze performance data using naval architecture principles
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams
- Address client feedback with practical solutions

Required Skills & Expertise:

- Strong data analysis and interpretation skills
- Ability to manage and analyze complex datasets
- Experience with databases and SQL queries
- Positive communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Job Details:

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications)
