We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented Web Development Interns to join our prestigious 3-month Government-backed technology initiative. Designed to bridge the gap between academic learning and industry readiness, this fast-paced program immerses interns in hands-on development. Under the guidance of industry experts, you will build robust, citizen-centric web applications, culminating in a highly sought-after Capstone Live Project in direct collaboration with a top global MNC.

Program Structure & Project Requirements

This internship is strictly project-driven to ensure maximum technical exposure. Interns are required to complete 11 projects over the 3-month period:

- Phase 1 & 2: Skill Acceleration (Months 1 & 2)
- 10 Major Training Projects: You will independently build and deploy 10 distinct, scalable web applications.



These projects will cover front-end design, back-end logic, database management, and API integrations. (e.g., E-commerce portals, Citizen service dashboards, Portfolio websites, Inventory management systems).
- Phase 3: Industry Collaboration (Month 3)
- 1 MNC Capstone Project: Upon successful completion of the 10 training projects, you will be assigned to a collaborative live project mentored by and executed for a Top Multinational Corporation (MNC). This project solves real-world enterprise or public sector challenges.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
