About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Webflow Developer to join our team on a full-time basis. This remote position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere, catering to professionals who thrive in a dynamic, digital-first environment. As a Webflow Developer at Hired, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance websites that deliver exceptional user experiences.

Your role will involve translating creative designs into fully functional, responsive websites, ensuring pixel-perfect accuracy and seamless interactions across all devices and browsers. Collaborating closely with designers, stakeholders, and other developers, you will play a key part in delivering digital solutions that align with brand standards and business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for creating engaging web experiences that drive user engagement and conversions.

Qualifications





- Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience developing websites using Webflow, including CMS and e-commerce integrations.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with the ability to write clean, maintainable code.
- Deep understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development strategies.
- Experience implementing advanced interactions, animations, and CMS functionalities within Webflow.
- Strong knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG) and SEO best practices.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, managing time effectively and meeting deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
