Role Description The Wealth Relationship Manager is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru. The individual in this position will manage and grow a portfolio of high-value customers, providing personalized wealth and investment solutions aligned with their financial goals and risk profiles. Daily responsibilities include conducting client meetings, reviewing portfolios, recommending suitable financial products, and ensuring high standards of service and compliance.

The role also involves collaborating with internal teams, tracking market trends, identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities, and maintaining accurate records and reports.

Manager is expected to build long-term relationships, enhance customer satisfaction, and contribute to the bank’s overall business growth.

Qualifications

- Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to understand client needs and build long-term trust.
- Knowledge of wealth management products, banking services, and investment instruments such as mutual funds, insurance, and fixed-income products.
- Ability to analyze financial goals and risk profiles to recommend appropriate portfolio strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to interact effectively with diverse clients.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
- Proficiency in using banking systems, CRM tools, and standard office software for reporting and client management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field; professional certifications in wealth management or financial planning are an advantage.
- Prior experience in relationship management, wealth management, or retail banking, preferably in a customer-facing role.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace, meet targets ethically, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
