About The Role

We are looking for experienced Wealth Managers who understand unlisted shares, pre-IPO opportunities, and alternative investments. You’ll advise clients, identify new opportunities, and manage end-to-end investment journeys in the fast-growing private markets ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone who is client-driven, market-aware, and comfortable working with high-value investors.

Key Responsibilities

- Advise clients on unlisted shares, pre-IPO deals, and private market opportunities

- Manage and grow a portfolio of HNI and retail investors

- Conduct research on private companies, valuations, deals and market trends

- Understand client risk profiles and recommend suitable investment opportunities

- Handle end-to-end investment processes: onboarding, documentation, payments, and share transfers

- Maintain solid relationships through regular portfolio reviews and follow-ups

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction execution





- Acquire new clients through networking, references, and outreach

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/Finance/CA qualification preferred

- 3–5 years of experience in wealth management, broking, investment advisory, or private markets

- Strong understanding of equity markets, unlisted shares, and investment products

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

- Ability to analyse financial data and simplify investment concepts for clients

- Comfortable with targets, client acquisition, and revenue responsibility Preferred Background

- Prior experience handling HNI or UHNI clients

- Exposure to private markets, PMS, AIFs, or investment banking

- Strong network within banking, broking, or wealth management circles
