Role Overview

We are looking for a Wealth Management Associate to support our life insurance business by coordinating with Life Insurance Advisors and Leaders, managing case-related activities, and supporting business and operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with Life Insurance Advisors and Leaders on business, applications, documentation, and pending cases.
- Support the life insurance process including application login, documentation, policy issuance, and servicing.
- Coordinate with Tata AIA RMs and internal teams for underwriting, case processing, and issue resolution.
- Maintain KYC, application, policy, advisor,



and business records and prepare basic MIS/reports.
- Support leaders with follow-ups, business tracking, and advisor-related coordination.
- Conduct occasional field visits for advisor/leader coordination, client-related requirements, or business support.
- Ensure processes are followed as per internal and regulatory guidelines.

What We’re Looking For

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Management, or a related field.
- Basic to good understanding of life insurance; BFSI or insurance experience preferred.
- Strong communication, coordination, follow-up, and Excel skills.
- Proactive, organized, and comfortable working with Advisors, Leaders, RMs, and internal teams.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
