Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage warranty claims from receipt to resolution, ensuring timely and effective processing.
- Conduct thorough analysis of defects or malfunctions to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with dealerships to resolve issues related to product installation, commissioning, or maintenance services.
- Develop preventive maintenance programs for industrial equipment/machinery to minimize downtime and reduce warranty claims.
Job Requirements :
- 4-15 years of experience in a similar role within the industrial automation industry.
- Solid understanding of Preventative Maintenance (PM) principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) techniques for troubleshooting complex problems.
