? Experience: 0–3 years

? KEY RESPONSIBILITY — BRANCH DEVELOPMENT & MARKETING

- Take an active role in developing and expanding the Vapi branch
- Identify and approach potential customers and businesses for logistics/transportation services
- Build and maintain solid relationships with clients, transporters, vendors, and logistics partners
- Generate new business opportunities and support branch growth
- Promote the company's logistics and transportation services in the local market
- Understand local market requirements and identify opportunities for expansion

? WAREHOUSE & OPERATIONS
- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations
- Coordinate with logistics partners, transporters, and vendors
- Ensure timely and accurate dispatches
- Maintain proper inventory and warehouse records
- Minimize discrepancies in loading,



unloading, and dispatch processes
- Manage and coordinate with warehouse staff
- Identify operational issues and implement practical solutions

- Robust team-handling and problem-solving skills
- Good knowledge of warehouse/logistics operations
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to coordinate with clients, transporters, vendors, and logistics partners
- Business development and local marketing mindset
- Ability to take ownership and work independently
- Relevant warehouse/logistics experience preferred
