Key Responsibilities

- Lead warehouse productivity and operational excellence across multiple warehouses/sheds, business classes, and approximately 200 warehouse employees.
- Plan and optimize manpower deployment based on workload, order volumes, and productivity benchmarks.
- Establish and monitor productivity standards for picking, packing, dispatch, inward, returns, and other warehouse activities.
- Conduct time-and-motion studies and implement Lean, Kaizen, and process improvement initiatives.
- Standardize SOPs and improve warehouse layouts, workflows, capacity utilization, and operational discipline.
- Coordinate with business-class heads across B2C, B2B, E-commerce, 3PL/FBA, and Quick Commerce operations.
- Monitor warehouse performance through MIS dashboards, productivity reports, SLA achievement, and manpower utilization.
- Drive labour cost optimization, overtime reduction, and automation initiatives.
- Ensure operational accuracy, inventory control, and timely order fulfilment.




- Lead continuous improvement projects and drive measurable productivity and cost savings.

Requirements

- 8–12+ years of experience in Warehouse, E-commerce, Logistics, or Supply Chain Operations.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a managerial, warehouse excellence, or productivity improvement role.
- Experience managing large warehouse teams and multiple warehouse operations.
- Strong knowledge of B2C/B2B e-commerce fulfilment, inward, dispatch, returns, and inventory operations.
- Hands-on experience in manpower planning, workforce optimization, and productivity benchmarking.
- Robust knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, process improvement, and operational excellence methodologies.
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel, MIS reporting, and data-driven analysis.
- Working knowledge of WMS, ERP, and OMS systems.
- Understanding of warehouse capacity planning, automation, and cost optimization.
- Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
