- The Warehouse Dispatch Officer is responsible for managing dispatch operations, maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring strict system compliance, timely reporting, and effective coordination with service providers.

- Responsibilities
- Ensure 100% adherence to system procedures for all warehouse and dispatch activities.
- Manage dispatch of FG, Spares, and POP materials as per approved orders.
- Maintain 100% accuracy of FG, Spares & POP inventory in system and physical stock.
- Prepare and submit timely reports (daily/weekly/monthly) related to dispatch and stock.
- Ensure on-time settlement of tour and pending advances in coordination with accounts.
- Maintain proper follow-up with service providers for dispatch, documentation, and billing.
- Verify dispatch documents such as invoice, delivery challan, e-way bill, and LR.
- Report and resolve dispatch issues, shortages, damages, or delays promptly.





- Requirements

- Knowledge of warehouse & dispatch operations
- ERP / inventory system handling
- MS Excel & basic reporting
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy

Qualification & Experience

- Graduate / Diploma (Commerce / Logistics preferred)
- 2–5 years of relevant warehouse or dispatch experience.
