Job Title: Warehouse Accountant

Job Type: Full-time | On – Site

Role Objective:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Warehouse Accountant to manage warehouse-related accounting, inventory records, purchase entries, expense tracking, and financial documentation. The role will coordinate closely with the Warehouse, Purchase, Production, Logistics, and Finance teams to ensure accurate and timely accounting of warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate warehouse accounting and financial records.
- Record and verify purchase invoices, stock receipts, warehouse expenses, and vendor bills.
- Monitor inventory movement, stock receipts, issues, transfers, and adjustments.
- Reconcile physical stock with system/accounting records and identify discrepancies.
- Verify purchase orders, invoices, delivery documents, e-way bills, and supporting documents.
- Track warehouse expenses including labour, transportation, packing materials, loading/unloading,



and other operational costs.
- Coordinate with the Purchase and Warehouse teams for GRN, invoice, stock, and payment documentation.
- Maintain proper vendor-wise and warehouse-wise expense records.
- Support Tally/ERP entries, ledger reconciliation, and monthly closing activities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse accounting and stock reports.
- Assist the Finance team during audits, stock verification, and reconciliation activities.
- Ensure all warehouse transactions are properly documented and entered within the required timeline.
- Identify accounting or inventory discrepancies and coordinate with the concerned team for resolution.

Eligibility & Criteria

- Experience: 2 – 4 years in warehouse accounting, inventory accounting, or related finance operations.
- Education: B.Com / M.Com / equivalent qualification.
- Valuable knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
- Understanding of inventory, purchase, invoice, and vendor accounting.
- Knowledge of GST, e-way bills, and basic accounting principles.
- Strong reconciliation and documentation skills.
- Ability to coordinate with warehouse and finance teams.
- Good attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Willingness to work in a warehouse/operations environment and visit warehouse locations when required.
