Responsibilities:

- Assist clients in obtaining visas for travel, work or study purposes

- Provide information on visa application procedures and requirements

- Assist clients in filling out visa application forms accurately

- Ensure that all visa application documents are complete and accurate

- Liaise with embassies and consulates on behalf of clients to expedite visa processing

- Stay up-to-date with changes in visa regulations and procedures

- Answer client inquiries regarding visa application status and provide updates

- Prepare and submit visa applications on behalf of clients

Requirements:

- Strong knowledge of visa regulations and procedures

- Experience in assisting clients with visa applications

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work independently and manage a high workload

- Attention to detail and ability to follow strict guidelines

- Familiarity with different types of visas and their requirements

- Fluency in at least one additional language

- Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate clients' needs
