Role- Sr. Process Associate/Analyst/Team Lead

Process - UK Life & Pension Operations

Location: Chennai, Navallur

Shift: UK / European Business Hours

Employment Type: Full-time

Experience level: 1 to 10years

Work Model: WFO

Role Summary: Support Life & Pension operations by processing policy-related transactions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery within SLA/KPI targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Process Life & Pension requests as per SOPs and quality standards.
- Review and update policy information accurately.
- Meet SLA, KPI, and productivity targets.




- Coordinate with internal teams and UK/European stakeholders.
- Manage transactions using workflow systems.
- Support audits and process improvement initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Positive English communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and process orientation.
- Understanding of SLA/KPI-driven operations.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Preferred Experience

- 1-10 years in Insurance BPO, preferably Life & Pension operations.
- Exposure to UK/European clients or processes is an advantage.
