Key Responsibilities

- Manage and lead R2R Finance & Accounting operations
- Handle month-end close and financial close activities within timelines.
- Review and analyse P&L; and balance sheet
- Drive Financial Reporting, Business Analysis & Management Reporting
- Lead, mentor and manage finance teams
- Monitor operational metrics, including attrition, shrinkage, productivity and team performance
- Ensure process controls, governance and compliance
- Manage internal/external stakeholders and client communication
- Drive process improvement and operational excellence initiatives

Desired Candidate Profile
- Strong experience in Record to Report (R2R)
- Strong knowledge of month-end close, financial close,



P&L; and balance sheet analysis
- Experience in Financial Reporting and Business Analysis
- Proven people/team management experience
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience handling operational KPIs/metrics.
