SysMind is looking for dynamic US Technical Recruiters to join our growing talent acquisition team. If you have experience recruiting for Fortune 500 clients and expertise in C2C and W2 hiring, we would love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end US IT recruitment lifecycle.
- Source, screen, and recruit candidates across technologies including Cloud, Data, ERP, DevOps, Product Engineering, and other emerging tech domains.
- Work extensively on C2C and W2 requirements.
- Conduct candidate screening, interview coordination, rate/salary negotiation, and offer closure.
- Partner with business and delivery teams to fulfill hiring requirements within defined timelines.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Track recruitment metrics,



reports, and compliance documentation.

Required Skills

- 2-6 years of experience in US IT/Technical Recruitment.
- Mandatory experience working on C2C and W2 hiring models.
- Experience supporting Enterprise and Fortune 500 client requirements.
- Good understanding of current technology trends and IT skill sets.
- Solid sourcing, negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
