- Make outbound calls to customers for sales, customer support, and service.
- Handle domestic calling activities with excellent communication skills.
- Provide product information and resolve customer queries via phone calls.
- Meet daily/weekly targets set by the management.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using advanced excel skills.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 0-3 years of experience in telesales or related field (domestic voice process).
- Any graduate degree (B.Tech/BE) or equivalent qualification.
- Proficiency in Hindi language is mandatory; knowledge of English is also required.
- Robust understanding of sales processes, customer service principles, and CRM software.
