- Technical Lead – Engineering (Java Full Stack)

- We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead to lead a team of 4–8 engineers and drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications.

- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of 4–8 engineers.

- Design and develop scalable enterprise applications.

- Conduct code reviews and technical design reviews.

- Provide technical guidance and drive engineering best practices.

- Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, QA, and Project Managers.

- Drive Agile sprint planning and timely software delivery.

- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and support technical decisions.

- Eligibility:
- BE / B.Tech / MCA

- 8–12 years of overall IT experience.

- Minimum 6+ years of Java Full Stack development experience.





- Minimum 4 years of AWS experience.

- Strong team leadership, mentoring, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

- Key Requirements:
- All skills mentioned in the Skills section are mandatory/required for this role.

- 5 Days Work From Office is mandatory.

- Maximum 30 days notice period preferred; early joiners preferred.

- Candidates willing to relocate to Noida may apply.
