Pre-Sales & Technical Support

- Assist in technical support during pre-sales discussions for Cobot and AMR solutions

- Support site surveys to understand customer processes and automation requirements

- Help prepare Proof of Concept (PoC) demonstrations and technical presentations

- Assist in developing basic ROI comparisons and solution documentation.

Installation & Commissioning Support

- Support robot programming, mapping, and deployment activities

- Assist in installation, configuration, and commissioning of Robots and AMRs

- Help interface robots with PLCs, HMIs, sensors, conveyors, and stepper motors

- Ensure adherence to safety standards during setup and operation.

Troubleshooting & Technical Assistance

- Assist in on-site and remote troubleshooting under supervision

- Support preventive maintenance and performance checks

- Document technical issues and solutions for knowledge sharing.

Customer & Internal Training Support





- Assist in customer training sessions on system usage and safety

- Support preparation of user manuals and technical documentation

- Coordinate with System Integrators and internal teams during project execution.

Must Have Skills

- Basic understanding of industrial robots, cobots, and AMR concepts

- Fundamental knowledge of PLCs, industrial communication, and automation systems

- Willingness to learn robot programming and deployment

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Positive communication skills

- Willingness to travel across South India.
